Massages are a beautiful way to take care of ourselves.

They can be so powerful that in Ayurveda they are often combined with food regimes and into healing plans.
Traditional Chinese Medicine also uses acupuncture and many massage techniques in order to achieve balance in the body and the mind.

When choosing a massage, it is important to pick a well-thought method which integrates body work with psychological wellness. As a matter of fact, several national health system (including the NHS in the UK) are increasingly turning to alternative therapies in order to tap into their effective ability to better deal especially with serious health issues generated by our imbalanced modern life. Mental health and chronic conditions are the main cases in which massages are proving to be extremely useful, both in terms of long-term management of the illness and improvement of the general health of the patient.

Finding the most appropriate massage technique to suit your personal needs may be hard, but it is definitely worth it as it changes your quality of life.
It is impossible to fully realise how much our life could improve until we actually make the first step and book a session.

I have trained in several techniques including Shiatsu (Level1) in Italy and Therapeutic Massage in India, as well as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) in the UK.

I particularly enjoy giving and receiving AYM because of the deep work at both the physical and the emotional level.

As a yoga practitioner, I love AYM because it is very complete and opening on so many levels. It is an extremely blissful experience both for the therapist and the receiver, and even people that are not used to yoga and meditation feel its powerful tangible and subtle effects.

No matter which type of massage I give, I enjoy the experience of interacting with another person through touch and to communicate in a very different way. Please feel free to have a look about what my clients think about me on my AYM personal page and/or on my Facebook page: Pills of Moksha.

Spread the Moksha!
