This is a FREE online event organised by my friend Raquel, founder of Art2Be Human – a social movement whose purpose is to build a more conscious, connected and hospitable world for all.
We will be live between 11:00 – 17:00 BST with 30 mins sessions including drumming, qi gong, meditation, singing and sound therapy. A longer chat with tips for our wellbeing will take place in the middle of the day. I will deliver the final soundbath, so prepare your earphones and enjoy all the activities before you lay down to let them all sink in.
You can drop in/out at any point of the day and as many times as you want.
The Art2Be Human Day is designed to bring people together to reconnect with the joy of what makes us human.
A day filled with creative and insightful workshops for the entire family. A chance to learn from different wisdom traditions, awakening your inner power to guide your path.
This is an opportunity to redefine how we expeirence our human nature. It’s time to make conscious choices about who we want to become individually and collectively.
